Capabilities

What we do, end to end.

From the authorization package to the platform it runs on, the cloud it lives in, the AI on top of it and the pipeline that carries it into restricted environments. Six core capabilities, and the full list underneath.

Core capabilities
01

Accelerated ATO

Authorization packages, built end to end.

We build authorization packages end to end, and what we build becomes reusable templates, dashboards and automation, so the second authorization is faster than the first. AccelSecure™ is the framework behind our 90–180 day target.

02

ServiceNow platform

From platform assessment to custom applications.

Platform assessment is the front door: findings with severity, confidence and a prioritized roadmap. From there we implement the modules and build custom applications on App Engine, and we staff certified administrators, developers and architects.

03

Cyber & secure cloud

Governance, engineering and operations.

Cyber program support and governance, security engineering, vulnerability management and secure cloud operations, including 24/7 delivery. We write the documentation accreditors expect and automate the processes that burn analyst hours.

04

AI modernization

Governed AI for organizations that cannot afford hallucinated answers.

Practical AI with human-in-the-loop governance and an operating model your compliance function can sign. We start with the process, not the model.

05

Low-to-high delivery

Built low, deployed high.

Mission software rarely gets built where it runs. We design secure development workflows in lower environments with controlled, validated promotion into restricted ones; AscendBridge™ is the pipeline framework behind it. Support for classified or restricted environments where authorized.

Mission technology

Emerging technology, operationalized.

Ausper Labs works on what is next and carries partner-held technology into the markets that need it: evaluate, position, pilot, field. We commercialize proven technology into government and industrial markets; we do not fund companies or buy IP.

How we engage
01
Fixed-scope assessment

Two to four weeks. Findings with severity and confidence, a prioritized roadmap, and a briefing. The lowest-risk way to start.

02
Delivery sprint

A defined outcome, such as an ATO package, a module implementation, or a migration, delivered by a named team on a fixed cadence.

03
Embedded team

Cleared engineers and leads inside your program, under your direction, with our playbooks and our accountability.

04
Advisory retainer

A senior operator on call for platform owners and security leadership: architecture reviews, AO-briefing prep, and second opinions before major spend.

Who we serve
